To the person holding the fictitious name, Ptarsax, or to whom it may concern:

Catholic Apologetics International Publishing, Inc. (CAI) was alerted to a recent Youtube entry (http://youtube.com/watch?v=fCXkLptVCWw) that you posted on September 10, 2007, which depicts Robert Sungenis in a highly derogatory manner. Your entry does the following inappropriate things which CAI considers libelous:

1) Your Youtube posting, by giving dates at the bottom of the quotes, implies that it has current and verifiable sources for the quotes from Robert Sungenis, but in actuality these quotes have never been published or copyrighted by any established publisher in a book, newspaper, magazine, periodical, etc. Therefore, there are no qualified sources for these quotes that can be used for verification.

2) Some of the quotes attributed to Robert Sungenis were at one time on Dr. Sungenis previous website at CAI (www.catholicintl.com). As of August 29, 2007, those quotes, and the articles from which you extracted them, were removed from the CAI website and are no longer published material of CAI; are no longer available to the public; and are no longer views that Dr. Sungenis wishes to publicize. Since your Youtube posting begins on September 10, and since it seems that you are current with the teachings of Robert Sungenis, this implies that you were aware of the fact that the quotes in question had already been removed from the CAI website but, ignoring this chronology, you decided to post them for your own purposes on September 10 after retrieving them from a source outside the CAI website.

3) The montage of photos that you have assembled from Jewish internment camps from World War II, which obviously represent your implied commentary on the quotes from Dr. Sungenis, do not in any manner represent Dr. Sungenis' views on the Jewish holocaust. Your Youtube posting is a serious misrepresentation of him and his views. Dr. Sungenis has made it very clear in his other writings (which you did not quote) that the holocaust was a serious tragedy for the Jewish people.

4) The picture and its animation of Robert Sungenis that you used for your Youtube posting is copyrighted material from the Fatima apostolate of Fr. Nicholas Gruner. That picture and its animation cannot be used without permission. Fr. Gruner will be informed of this matter.

In consideration of the foregoing complaints, Catholic Apologetics International Publishing, Inc., and its board of directors kindly asks you to remove the Youtube posting from the Internet since it contains defamatory material. We ask that you inform us of your cooperation within the next ten (10) days by letter either at CAI headquarters @ CAI, PO Box 278, State Line, PA, 17263 or by email to cairomeo@aol.com.

If you do not intend to remove your Youtube posting, CAI Publishing, Inc., is prepared to register a legal complaint with Youtube authorities as well as file a lawsuit against you.
