I'm excited to welcome Michael A. Lindenberger, a veteran news reporter, as a guest blogger.  Michael writes about the policy and politics of transportation for The Dallas Morning News [2] and about national legal affairs for TIME.com [3].  He also teaches Mass Communication Law to journalism majors at the University of North Texas [4].  He graduated from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
