Seems like a clearly

Seems like a clearly frivolous suit to me. Would be nice if judge Conway was vigilant again, to at her own initiative find a way to declare it as such. I only wonder, could this be possible?

Lawsuit Voluntarily Dismissed 20 minutes into the Trial

On Sunday, March 14, 2010, the Defendants received "Notice of Appearance" for Ayman Ahmed "Alec Defrawy" El-Difrawi in the suit which was to commence the very next day. In-house attorney, Myra Nicholson, arrived unprepared for court; not only because she allegedly did not anticipate being required to represent Alec Defrawy, but also did not even bring her very own Pretrial Statement and the Court noted that the Plaintiffs' exhibits only the morning of the trial "magically" appeared on the desk of the clerk but had not been produced to the Court by the deadline, March 5 at noon.
Nonetheless, the trip to Florida was not a total waste for the Defendants, because, as Myra Nicholson promised in her email to them, [the trial is not so important as ] getting them down to Florida so they could be served with additional lawsuits. In other words, she was requiring them to pay to come to Florida to get served. Each Defendant NOW has THREE (3) more lawsuits so far, plus, in true melodramatic style, a bomb threat was reported to the local police. After taking the statements of each Defendant, no other police action was taken.

What is really interesting is that Ralph Edward "Ed" Bell, Jr., is one of the Plaintiffs and is connected with Three Stars Media, the successor of Internet Solutions Corporation, which is also one of the Plaintiffs; however, the name has already changed to The Internet Company. [Additionally, Ed Bell told the media he was only a contractor with the company, and when Defendants Scalf and Henderson tried to serve him with an appearance subpoena, some represented that they had never heard of him, according to the process server.]

Terry Bears is also named as one of the Plaintiffs, [which was transliterated from the audio tapes as "Perry Behares." One finds incredulous that they would not know how to spell this extremely prominent persona of each iteration of these businesses. Could it be to obscure her involvement earlier on, like in 2003?

The show is not over though, folks, because Judge Conway has yet to respond to the Defendants' Motion for Sanctions for filing and pursuing these frivolous lawsuits, just filed on March 19, 2010. Stay tuned...
